As I mentioned previously, I wanted to continue wearing this playsuit as much as possible through Autumn and had a few ideas about how to go about it. I do feel like this is one piece which will become my ‘uniform’ for Autumn. It has the ability to make me look and feel good and that’s the kind of thing I want to wear day in, day out.
One option I knew would be a success was a high neck black top under. The thin layer almost works like a thermal top and keeps me nice and warm. The playsuit is also a thick tweed which itself keeps a heat. The high neck of the playsuit combined with the skirt/short detail also helps as there is a lot of material.
The black is a good contrast again the pink and almost emphasises the colour. My pink bag is a perfect match as well & I’m so glad I bought this when I did as it’s been so handy. My other Kensington bags can’t be worn cross body whereas this one can which is ideal as I don’t always like carrying my bags or having them on my shoulder.
My Louis boots never fail to amaze me in how they instantly make an outfit feel a million dollars, I’m still buzzing about them if you can’t already tell. If you haven’t read the story of my first designer purchase, you can catch up here.
