When the Holly Willoughby collection landed at M&S I knew there would be at least one piece I wanted and for a change, it turned out to be the cheapest item available.
The pink cerise coat is stunning but perhaps a little bold for my liking. It would perfectly suit my friend who would carry it off better than I ever could. Anyway I couldn’t avoid the merci paris top. It’s a great basic for day to day wear with the quality of the tee being high and I wouldn’t expect any less from good ole M&S. The detail is embroidered rather than a transfer which I always prefer and will help it last longer too. The slogan is a really bold pink which I love as it catches your eye when if simply wearing with jeans and a blazer.
I styled with a pleated skirt and my pastel pink coat over the shoulder. This complements the pink on the t-shirt and my Kensington bag adds yet another shade of pink which for some reason works rather than clashing.
My Louis Vuitton boots finish off the outfit and still take me back to the moment I made the purchase in store in Paris. If you haven’t read about it yet you can catch up here. They will forever be special to me and although I have now made my second designer purchase, nothing will compare to the first time.
