I latched on to Egypt a long time ago.
My first visit was in 2007 when I was 16 years old.
Since then, I’ve visited a further 13 times. Each time I fall in love with the place even more and each visit seems better than the last.
On the first visit, we were overwhelmed by the kindness and warmth of the Egyptian people. We made dear friends who we still meet up with each time. 7 years later and we are still grateful for the generosity and hospitality shown by the people especially after everything they’ve been through.
Back to fashion…
I always struggle with what to wear on those first nights of a holiday when you’re still a bit pale and working on your tan. I tend to cover up in the evenings until my tan has developed and is even all over.
Night 1
Zara Top – ASOS Skirt – Kurt Geiger Wedges – Pull & Bear Bag
Night 2
Dorothy Perkins Jumpsuit – Dune Wedges – Next Clutch Bag
Jumpsuits are perfect for holidays. They are so effortless you can just throw one on and go at a moment’s notice and they also offer coverage.
Night 3
Topshop Crop Top – Zara Skirt – Dune Wedges
Night 4
Warehouse Vest – Zara Maxi Skirt – Dune Sandals – Topshop Scarf
Midi and Maxi Skirts are great for those first few days and they are still light enough to keep cool in the evening heat.
Night 5
Warehouse Top – French Connection Trousers – Dune Sandals
