Hello Monday!

A fresh new week is upon us and that means plenty of opportunities for new outfit choices. My selections very much depend on the weather and you will notice, these pictures were taken when the temperatures were high. What a difference a little sunshine makes? Everyone is in good spirits and life is just generally easier. People smile, people say hello and thank you, people spend time outside, people speak to each other when they otherwise wouldn’t. These are just a few of the things I observed during the mini heatwave we experienced in the last few weeks.

Anyway as per my posts last week, dressing for summer can be challenging. There’s a very fine line between class and trash and it’s important to ensure you don’t cross it. Showing too much skin is another risk. I’m much more comfortable showing my legs than I am my chest area therefore I always ensure it’s either or, never both. This outfit gives the perfect balance, denim shorts dressed up with my show stopping heels, a classic stripe bodysuit with a little bit of back on show. This outfit is appropriate for many summer occasions whether it’s drinks after work, BBQ’s, picnics in the park although you’d maybe want to substitute the heels for flats. Can’t be ruining your best shoes walking on grass…
