Good Morning!

I’ve fully transitioned my wardrobe over for Autumn/Winter. The thick winter coats were brought out of storage along with boots and chunky knitwear. Let’s just say I’m ready for the colder weather and I think today’s post proves that.

I bought this coat in the Zara sale last winter and I couldn’t get enough of it. I’m not usually a fan of long coats as I feel like they swamp me and make me feel even shorter which is something I always try and avoid. With heeled boots, this particular coat is acceptable. It’s super cosy and I like how it can be worn in different ways. I’ve created shape by adding a belt to synch in the waist. The collar up adds a bit of attitude and I like the contrast with the pretty white lace blouse underneath which is from a recent haul. I had also been looking for a decent pair of high waist classic denim colour jeans for a while and Topshop came up trumps. Can always rely on them for good fitting and well enduring jeans.

All in all, a perfect outfit for day to day wear on cold crisp Autumnal days.
