Good Morning,
Last week I went to see Bruno Mar in concert (the show was AMAZING!!) but I was having real trouble deciding what to wear beforehand. I didn’t want to just wear jeans and a top, I wanted to get dressed up but without feeling uncomfortable or too hot standing in an arena for 3 hours. Getting dropped off and picked up meant there was no need to worry about getting wet – good ole Scottish weather at it’s finest for the bank holiday weekend as per usual. It probably doesn’t seem like such a big deal for some people but I haven’t been to a concert for a while and you never know who you might bump into.
In the end I settled for this outfit. A comfortable and light top with the cold shoulder detail to show some skin with my leather jacket thrown over the top for going in and out of the venue. I paired with the black and white speckled trousers which were perfect, not too hot, not at all restrictive and great for dancing. My quilted cross body bag held all my essentials including my phone, purse and ticket.
I’m so glad I went for something different and light as it was smoking hot with flames and all. I’d highly recommend going to see Bruno Mars if you get a chance – you will not be disappointed! Unfortunately I only had my phone for taking photos and videos and the quality is really bad as I desperately need a new phone so it’s not really worth sharing. If you follow on Snapchat or Instastories you will have seen some snippets.
Anyway I hope you like this post and maybe it’ll give you an idea of something different to wear next time you head to a concert.
