Good Morning,
I snapped up a few new Spring pieces for my wardrobe the other week. I spent some time on Sunday after the epic Beychella performance browsing online and ordering a lot of stuff. Inevitably most of it gets returned but a few made the cull and this is one of my favourite new pieces.
I’ve really been enjoying Miss Selfridge lately. I used to shop there religiously when I was younger, they always had a great summer selection and I found the fit of their clothes perfect for my petite frame. In recent years I haven’t been as drawn to them however that’s changing and I’ve been checking the new in section every week to see what the latest arrivals consist of.
I ordered this jumpsuit via ASOS as they had it reduced to £31.99. Polka dots have been one of the key trends of the last year and it looks like they’re sticking around a little bit longer which I ain’t complaining about.
The square neck is not what I’d usually go for but it’s really flattering and creates a nice, clean shape. A white t-shirt underneath just keeps it fresh and is a great contrast against the black and white spots.
The tie waist allows shape to be created and I’ve enhanced my small waist by tying quite tight. The definition avoids feeling swamped or overwhelmed by the jumpsuit which can happen when you’re short and petite.
