Good Morning,
Who knew we’d still be wearing shorts in October? As someone who is freezing in the middle of summer, I certainly wouldn’t be wearing shorts if it wasn’t still warm enough. A freak hot day in the midst of Autumn and a few subtle tweaks made it possible.
I picked up these animal print shorts from Zara recently as I thought they were quite funky, they fit my monochrome palette and they could be dressed up or down. The material is light and flowy and it looks like a skirt from the front but it is indeed shorts which are much less risky when it’s windy.
I’ve paired with a chunky knit with graduated frill sleeves. It adds to the flow and creates shape whilst the plain block of colour compliments the animal print. I’ve gotten quite into the animal print trend despite having reservations initially which shows how your style and taste can change over time.
xo!
