Animal print is still making waves and I’ve added a few more items into my day to day wardrobe. I picked up these snake print jeans at the same time as purchasing a zebra print pair. I didn’t think I’d end up keeping both but they’re so different and I couldn’t decide which pair I liked more.
The snake print is really subtle actually and goes well with neutral tones which I like around this time of year. It lightens up what can quite quickly become a dark and dreary colour palette on the wet and moody days.
The jeans are super high waist which is my favourite style and a top tip if you are on the petite side as your legs appear longer instantly. The print is also detailed in the centre of the leg to give a slimming illusion effect which is never a bad thing. I really like the rough edge finish as well, it’s not something I’d usually go for but it works well with this style.
I’ve paired with a plain turtle neck jumper and the colour compliments the jeans well. I like thin layers as I find they provide a more thermal effect than one thick layer. I’ve got a long sleeve top underneath the jumper and could easily throw a coat over the top too. My pink bag adds some colour and the gold hardware again goes with the neutral tones.
This is an easy outfit to throw on when you want to look stylish, fresh and on trend yet remain comfortable too.
