10 Shades of Beige

Good Morning,

My neutral outfit combinations are growing arms and legs (literally) and I’m finding that’s pretty much all I want to wear. It started with skirts and tops and moved fairly quickly on to coats and boots and even trainers (all to be revealed very soon). I’m planning my outfits based on how many different shades of beige I can pull together in one go and in this example, it’s about 10 ha!

I picked up these faux suede leggings with what was left of my Zara voucher that I won a little while ago. I’d returned one of the items and had £20 left sitting on the voucher patiently waiting to be spent. I’m not very good at having vouchers for any length of time however this one lasted longer than I anticipated partly due to changing my mindset when it comes to shopping but also just a sheer lack of things which caught my fancy recently.

Anyway I spotted this colour of the leggings (I already have the black) on Lorna Luxe and I was instantly sold. She has this way of making everything look incredible even just a basic white t-shirt and jeans and it doesn’t matter what shape or style of jeans, she owns them. I find her styling so inspiring and although a lot of the things she wears I can’t quite pull off, I think I did ok with these.

This bodysuit got a lot of love the last time I wore it so I thought I’d bust it out again. It goes perfectly with leggings and the tones all blend well together. There’s also a contrast between the snake print and the suede which I love.

My Louis boots were the obvious choice and add another texture with the patent finish.

Are you enjoying neutrals as much as me or should I inject some colour now and again?
