Good Morning,
Simple outfits are my favourite and they are often the most effective. Clean lines, tones which complement each other and the ability to wear time and time again are just a few of the reasons why I’ll always be drawn to simplicity. Loading your wardrobe with pieces that can be mixed and matched is key to being able to easily pull together a chic outfit at a moment’s notice.
This top is new in from Zara and I knew it would be a great addition to my collection of bandeau style white tops. I have a small selection which I reach for constantly. They are so easy to style with jeans, shorts or skirts and are extremely flattering. This is probably the most detailed but I love the ruching and imperfect edging. It adds a little something and the material is super stretchy and forgiving.
The shorts are also a recent addition from H&M. I had a high waist pair last summer in a snake print which I wore to death. I still have them actually and although they’ve shrunk a little in the wash, I can’t bare to part with them. This year they brought out a few different colours including this neutral tone. I couldn’t possibly resist as I knew they’d go with so many of my existing pieces. They are so comfortable and also have a dressy feel to them. At only £9.99 they are great value for money. I’ve been wearing them while working from home or when visiting family and friends outdoors.
xo!
