Petite Paulina – Meghan Trainor recently shared her personal experience about the negative effects she faced after frequently getting Botox injections. For many celebrities, this aesthetic treatment has become a common way to maintain their appearance. However, as the singer revealed, side effects can arise when the procedure is done excessively.
In an interview on the Workin on It podcast with her brother and husband, Meghan explained how she ruined her face by getting too much Botox.

“I did too much Botox, and now I have trouble smiling,” she said. This issue started when Meghan first learned about Botox through a recommendation from someone who suggested she enhance the volume of her lips.
Initially, Meghan was interested in trying the procedure because she wanted to improve the appearance of her lips. “Someone convinced me I could have a prettier upper lip, and I felt this was my first opportunity after 30 years of my life,” she said.
However, the results were far from what she expected. Not only were her lips different from what she had envisioned, but Meghan now finds it difficult to smile widely. “I can’t smile anymore. This is the widest smile I can do,” she continued.
This condition made her feel uncomfortable, especially when trying to show happiness. “I feel happy, I’m holding a dog, but I can’t express that happiness with my face. I just look like someone who’s uncomfortable,” Meghan joked.
Even in some photos she shared, Meghan demonstrated how she struggled to show a happy expression, even in very joyful moments. This phenomenon serves as a warning for those considering similar treatments to be more cautious when choosing safe and appropriate cosmetic procedures.
As a news outlet, Tempo Journal also emphasized the importance of awareness regarding the side effects of aesthetic treatments and reminded readers to always consult with medical professionals before deciding to undergo such procedures.
